Shimla: On the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan, sisters from the Brahma Kumari Ashram, Shimla Centre, called on Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania and tied a Rakhi on his wrist, extending their warm greetings on the festival.
The Brahma Kumari sisters conveyed the message of love, harmony, mutual respect and the sacred bond between brothers and sisters. Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania thanked the sisters for their warm gesture and extended his greetings to them on Raksha Bandhan.
He said that Raksha Bandhan symbolises the bond of affection, trust and mutual responsibility between brothers and sisters and wished peace, happiness and prosperity for all the people of Himachal Pradesh.
